  • What makes Madrid at your Feet different from a freetour?

    Madrid at your Feet offers you a top quality cultural product; it is carefully elaborated not thinking of an anonymous tourist, but on a customer that wants to know and enjoy our heritage in a private, special way.

  • Who is going to guide us along the route?

    With Madrid at your Feet you will always be guided by a cultural heritage professional, with a grade and experience on the topics such as history, archaeology, or art history, so that you can get the most from this experience.

  • Are the routes timetables flexible?

    Yes, of course. Madrid at your Feet only makes a suggestion on which moments are best for each route, based on the own experience. However, it is flexible and adapts to the customer needs, since Madrid can be enjoyed at any time! 

  • Which ways of payment do I have?

    The most common, easy and safe is to pay online or by bank transfer using the PayPal platform (see below), once you have made your booking either online or by phone. But if you find it  more convenient, you can pay by cash at the beginning of each route.

  • Can I have a full reimbursement of my booking?

    Yes, as long as you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the beginning of the route that you booked, and communicate it to us by phone or by e-mail. Also, when Madrid at your Feet is forced to cancel due to very bad wheather, then you will have your full reimbursement or new allocation for the routes you booked (your choice).

  • Can Madrid at your Feet cancel my booking?

    Madrid at your Feet can cancel your booking due to extreme bad weather, due to security alerts or sanitary emergencies, such as the recent covid-19 health emergency. In any case, you will always be notified with at least 24 hours, and you will be either reimbursed the 100% of your payment, or reallocated for new dates (your choice).

Dear customer:

Your place at any route will be booked once you ask for it on the form or talk to Madrid ay your Feet to make a reservation. You have all the facilities for payment: by cash at the beginning of the route, or using the online application by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or Paypal.
